With only two owners since its construction in 1871, this gracious Victorian has been a longtime favorite summer destination for families coming to the seashore.

Perry Street Cottage still holds onto its prime location, close to all of Cape May's popular attractions. Walk to the beach, walk to the Washington Street Mall, shops, ice cream and dining. Park the car and forget about it.

The primary focal point on the exterior of Perry Street Cottage are its wonderful porches. With a large wraparound front porch and lots of rockers, one can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Cape May. A second covered side porch serves as an additional dining area on pleasant summer evenings.

The interior has been recently restored with all the modern amenities. Seven bedrooms and five bathrooms allow 16 people plenty of elbow room. With its tall ceilings and distinctive windows, it remains true to its Victorian roots. Comfort has been the utmost priority. With plenty of room for onsite parking, a large backyard allows for family games and barbecues.

Just two families have been the caretakers for 220 Perry Street. Perhaps you and your family can share in a tradition that is over 130 years old. Come and enjoy!
