PET POLICY:

Limit 1 Dog No Charge (2nd Dog $200 Pet rent). Sorry, no cats.

Pet must stay on first floor of house (there are 2 Bedrooms on 1st floor for your convenience & built in baby gates at top of stairs from 1st floor). Yard must be cleaned of pet waste before departure by renter or deposit forfeited. Pet must have proof of flea prevention medication. Tenant must vacuum first
floor entirely before checkout.

Pillows & blankets are provided, however linens and beach towels are the responsibility of the tenant (can be arranged through www.linenladies.com). No smoking house.
