2012 Weekly Rates

50% deposit is due within 7 days in order to confirm your reservations. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival along with your security deposit ($500). In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded, minus a 10% service fee if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation.
