3 bathrooms: full bath in 3rd floor master bedroom suite, full bath shared by other 3rd floor bedrooms, bath with shower with ground floor bedroom

Sleeps 10 adults in beds and single air mattress (1 provided); 3 bedrooms have space for a portable crib (1 provided); 2 bedrooms have space for an air mattress

All mattresses are new and outfitted with mattress pads (including air mattress); pillows, bedspreads and blankets provided for all beds; all baths have bath mats; hand towels and dish towels provided in kitchen; tenant must provide own bath and beach towels and sheets.

Open plan living/dining/kitchen area on 2nd floor with floor to ceiling windows for full ocean view, large front deck with table and chairs, dining area opens on small rear deck with chairs. Ground floor patio with table and chairs and room for outdoor grill.

Garage parking for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must be parked on the street. Free parking is available on street behind condo complex (New Jersey Ave.). Metered parking on Beach Ave.

Pets are not permitted in rental unit or on common property (condo rule).

No smoking is allowed in rental unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric range with conventional oven, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, beverage blender, dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, basic kitchen tools.

Laundry area on ground floor with washer, dryer and laundry tub. Drying rack and clothes line provided in ground floor patio area for hanging bathing suits and beach towels.

Unit has central air and heating, central vacuuming system, basic cleaning supplies and trash and recycling bins provided. Tenants are expected to provide own trash bags. There is a wood burning fireplace which MAY NOT be used. The chimney is blocked and a fire hazard.

Unit has high speed wireless Internet service, cable TV with OnDemand, 2 televisions with DVD players (one in living area, one in master bedroom). Four beach chairs and two adult bikes are provided.

May 28 – June 30 $3000 per week
June 30 – Sept. 1 $3700 per week
Sept. 1 – Oct. 31 $3000 per week
Nov. 1 – April 30, 2013 $1800 per week

Available for less than full week rental; minimum stay 3 days. During peak season daily rate is $500 for weekdays; $525 for weekend days. July 4th and Labor Day weekends are $575 per day.

Required security deposit is $400.
