All mattresses are new and outfitted with mattress pads
(including air mattress); pillows, bedspreads and blankets

to ceiling windows for full ocean view, large front deck with
table and chairs, dining area opens on small rear deck with
chairs. Ground floor patio with table and chairs and room for
outdoor grill.
Garage parking for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must be
parked on the street. Free parking is available on street
behind condo complex (New Jersey Ave.). Metered parking on
Beach Ave.
Pets are not permitted in rental unit or on common property
(condo rule).
No smoking is allowed in rental unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator,
electric range with conventional oven, microwave, toaster oven,
toaster, coffee maker, beverage blender, dishes, silverware,
glasses, cookware, basic kitchen tools.
Laundry area on ground floor with washer, dryer and laundry
tub. Drying rack and clothes line provided in ground floor
patio area for hanging bathing suits and beach towels.
Unit has central air and heating, central vacuuming system,
basic cleaning supplies and trash and recycling bins provided.
Tenants are expected to provide own trash bags. There is a wood
burning fireplace which MAY NOT be used. The chimney is blocked
and a fire hazard.
Unit has high speed wireless Internet service, cable TV with
OnDemand, 2 televisions with DVD players (one in living area,
one in master bedroom). Four beach chairs and two adult bikes
are provided.
