This house is the 1st floor of a condo that contains 3 more
units. Two on the 2nd floor and, one on the 3rd floor which is owner occupied.
This house has been totally renovated for the 2008 season. We have a fully
equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Two
of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has a bunk bed and also a
twin bed. In addition there are two full bathrooms, a full size washer and dryer, enclosed outdoor
shower, grill, ground level basement for storage of bikes and beach chairs. 1
