the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd floor which is owner occupied. This one bedroom
has 1 queen bed and 1 futon in the large bedroom which also has a TV. In the
large open dining living area there is all windows which look out onto the
beach. The sectional sofa opens to a double sleeper sofa. In addition, there is
a shared laundry facility, enclosed outdoor shower, grill, ground level basement
for storage of bikes and beach chairs. 1 parking stall is available per unit.
