This wonderful old house is just a five minute walk to the beach and 8 minutes to the center of Cape May where you can enjoy the Gazebo Bandstand concerts, walks on the promenade/boardwalk, gourmet restaurants, the Washington Street Mall, biking, birding and so much more!

We are just a block away from the Wilbraham Park where the Lima Bean Festival, Strawberry Festival and Antique Flea Markets are held.

While 50,000 visitors may be in town, our Third Avenue home offers the serenity of a place you'll never want to leave, interrupted only by the clippity-clop of the carriage horses hooves going back and forth from the stable.

This house is a non-smoking house. Small pets are welcome.  Weekly rentals are from Saturday 2PM to the following Saturday 10AM. Pillows and blankets are provided, but sheets, pillowcases and towels are not. There is some private parking available in the rear of the property and plenty of non-metered public parking on our wide tree lined street. Guests have full use of the large fenced in yard.
