The renovated eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. Also just renovated, is a full bathroom with shower stall for easy access for either elderly or handicapped individuals. A spacious laundry room has a new full size washer and dryer.

The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a beautiful canopy bed and cable TV. The spacious front bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV. The third bedroom has a full-size bed with adjoining sitting/TV room with a full size sleeper sofa. Great for parents with two children.

The third floor attic has two bedrooms. A great retreat for children with two single beds and a trundle that pulls out to two additional singles. The adjacent front bedroom has a trundle that opens up to either two singles or a king-size bed.

Weekly Rentals
Rentals are available year round

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 2 pm; Check out is 10 am. A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing the lease. The final 50% is required 30 days prior to arrival date, in addition to a $250 refundable security deposit. Pillows and blankets are provided; please bring your own towels, pillow cases, and sheets.

Off Season Weekend Rentals

2-night minimum (flexible check-in and check-out)
Bath and bed linens are included for your convenience.
Rate is $450 per night, plus a refundable $150 security deposit.

This is a non-smoking home. No pets please.
