describe the view from our home’s two decks and many windows overlooking the
Atlantic Ocean. (Well, maybe BREATHTAKING, too…)
A completely new color scheme also serves to redecorate our entire home! Come
and relax at the ocean's feet.
Our
3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located as the first unit of Philadelphia
Beach Condominiums, smack in the middle of the beach district. As you
enter into our ground floor there is a large entry foyer next to a one-car
garage. The entry has a large closet area and up ½ level is a full bath
(completely renovated in 2005) and a bedroom with two Twin/ trundle
beds. This bedroom has a 19" TV with cable and DVD (new in 2010). Up ½ level from that is the entry into our spacious living room
with cathedral ceiling, fireplace (with gas unit), 42” wall-mounted flat
screen TV with cable,
DVD/VCR, sofa that converts to a queen-sized sofa bed and two furnished
decks with direct ocean views.
Up ½ level is our remodeled (2002) kitchen with granite countertops and
profile stainless steel appliance package. Our airy dining room (again with
ocean views) and seating for 8. Up 1 level is our Master bedroom with King sized
bed, ocean views from a small private deck, a completely new (2010) tiled bath
with walk-in shower; a 32" wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable and DVD/VCR; second
master bedroom suite with new King size bed and a private bathroom. There is also a
stackable front loading washer/ dryer on this level. |

Our
home has a one car garage and one car parking in front of our garage, and we are a short walk from fine
dining, miniature golf, bike rentals, etc. Cape May also features bird watching,
golf, water sports and activities, fascinating tours and the largest collection
of Victorian homes on the East coast. Cape May is close to Atlantic City; a
short drive from Wilmington, Philadelphia and New York and a ferry ride from
Lewes, Del. Our unit has newer central A/C (installed in 2002), several
ceiling fan/ lights, gas central heat (installed in 2002), and ocean views from
just about every window! We limit our accommodation to eight (8) persons
maximum. We supply blankets and pillows, but linens and towels are the
responsibility of the tenant. We
also have many of the other thing you may need such as an iron, ironing board,
hair dryer, etc. This is also a no smoking and no pets
unit for the benefit of all our tenants.
Our remodeled kitchen has everything you will need for your vacation
including stainless sink with rinse, garbage disposal, self cleaning gas range,
refrigerator with icemaker, and built in micro-hood. The kitchen is also supplied with a
blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, basic cooking items, etc. We also
have many of the other things you may need, such as hair dryers, iron, ironing
board, etc. We have a telephone for incoming and local outgoing calls. We also have a
connection for Comcast hi-speed internet. |

There is a discount of 5% for a rental of
two consecutive weeks; 10% for three consecutive weeks and 15% for four
consecutive weeks or more. Other weekly and weekend rentals for spring and
