May, directly across from the Physick Estate. Cape May's
finest restaurants, beaches, antique stores, tennis
courts, and shopping mall are just a short stroll away.
This large home with its relaxing wrap around porch and
expansive, gas lamp lit, lawn is very comfortable and
accommodating with 4 bedrooms and 3½ baths. Sleeps

Rentals are available year round.
Weekly Rentals
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check
in time is 2pm; Check out is 10am. A 50% deposit is
required at the time of signing the lease. The final
50% is required 30 days prior to arrival date, in
addition to a $400 refundable security deposit.
Off-Season Weekend Rentals
3-night minimum. Flexible check-in and check-out.
Bed linens are included for your convenience.
Rate is $350 per night, plus a refundable $400
security deposit.
