queen-sized bed; the small bedroom has two twin beds and
there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator,
toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and disposal. |

The bathroom has an authentic claw-foot bath tub with
shower.
The living room and both bedrooms have remote control ceiling
fans. The large bedroom has an air conditioner.
In addition, there is a shared laundry room,
enclosed outdoor shower, Weber grill, ground level basement
for storage of bikes, beach chairs, etc. Unrestricted and
un-metered parking is available on our street in front of
the house, where you can park your car when you arrive and
leave it there until you leave. |
