Romance and tranquility await you at our wonderful cottage on the bay! If you're a couple or small family looking for peace and quiet, this is the place! Enjoy unobstructed views of the Delaware Bay and fabulous sunsets on our observation deck.

At night, relax and watch the stars while soaking in the hot tub. You’ll love morning walks on our serene and beautiful beach (without the crowds!) followed by coffee on the patio where you can gaze at the butterfly garden and watch the boats go by.

Our cozy cottage is tastefully decorated with all of the comforts of home including: TV/Direct TV/HBO, DVD/VCR player, stereo with CD player, high-speed wireless internet, telephone, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee/espresso maker, confection oven, washer, dryer, propane BBQ, iron and ironing board, central air, gas heat, off street parking for 3 cars, fenced yard with lawn, covered patio, open patio, patio furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing, ceiling fans, free-standing osculating fan, and bar.

This little slice of paradise sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and sliding doors that open onto a deck with a view of the bay and sunset! Our second bedroom has a single bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (bottom bed is full size).

No smoking, please.

We require a 50% deposit at lease signing. Final 50% and cleaning deposit (refundable) is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The cleaning deposit is $300.00. Pet fee $150.

This is a pet-friendly rental.
